To Use:
Try the Bead Bliss™ mask chilled when you need comfort from the symptoms of tension headaches, tired puffy eyes, eye strain or sinus pressure. Try the mask warmed to feel relief from headache, head cold, nasal congestion or allergy discomfort. Or just lay back and enjoy the comfort of the soothing beads at room temperature.

To Chill Mask:
Refrigerate mask for 60 minutes or until cool to touch. Mask may
be left in refrigerator for quick relief any time. Place in a sealed bag to protect mask from food odors. For intense cold, place in freezer for up to 15 minutes. Always place tissue or fabric between mask and skin.

To Warm Mask:
Microwave mask for up to 15 seconds or until warm to the touch,
not hot. Wait until mask is comfortable to the touch before
applying. Always place tissue or fabric between mask and skin.

Mask Construction:
Mask fastens with with adjustable Velcro® strap.
