Returns
If you choose not to exchange the merchandise,
please notify us for a return
authorization
approval within thirty days
after the date of your purchase. Returns
that do not have a Return Authorization
Number labeled on the return package
will be refused.
Returns
requested or received after
30 days from the date of purchase will
be refused ~ no exceptions!
If
the item has obviously been used, worn
or damaged,
we reserve the right to decline refund.
If
an item is returned without all of
its original packaging, a 20% restocking
fee will be deducted from your refund.
We
also recommend that return shipments
be insured against loss or damage.
Items which are either lost or damaged
in transit are not eligible under our
return policy.
CD's
and DVD's
The return or exchange of a CD or DVD will only be accepted if the item is unopened
and still in its plastic wrap.
Comfort-U and Snoozer Body Pillows
Due to health and sanitary reasons, once your body pillow has been opened, it is considered "used" and may not be returned for credit.
Pillowcases:
Product cannot be returned once seal
has been broken.

All items properly returned
under this policy are eligible for
a full
and
prompt refund
of the purchase price, less the cost of shipping and handling.
Refunds
will be credited by the same form in which payment was made for the original
