Wild Essentials is a family-owned and operated company based in Connecticut, and our story starts the way many meaningful wellness journeys do: with someone you love who needs help. In 1992, a close family member was struggling with anxiety, and we began a deep exploration of essential oils and aromatherapy as a natural way to support calm, clarity, and balance—without relying on harsh pharmaceuticals or quick-fix solutions.
That early experience shaped our philosophy for good: wellness isn’t just a product. It’s a ritual—something you return to in the moments you need it most.

From the beginning, we focused on quality and integrity. Our essential oils are GC/MS tested in the U.S. as part of our quality control process to help verify purity and consistency—so you can feel confident in the rituals you return to daily.
Today, we still make our essential oil blends, roll-ons, sprays, and inhalers in the USA, here in our own facility. We source the best quality pure oils we can find, and we’re not just makers—we’re daily users. If it isn’t something we would put into our own routine, it doesn’t belong in yours.
Because we’re small-batch and hands-on, we can stay close to every formula and every detail—how it smells, how it feels, how it fits into real life, and how consistently it performs. That’s the standard we hold ourselves to.

Crafted With Expertise—and Lived Experience
As our family created formulas for different needs—stress, sleep, migraines, and beyond—friends and extended family began asking for the same products. Word spread the old-fashioned way: from people who tried something, felt the difference, and wanted to share it.
To ensure our blends were not only effective but also safe and responsible, we collaborated with aromatherapists and a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine. That combination—professional expertise and personal experience—helped shape formulas that feel both comforting and trustworthy.
Dream Essentials: Sleep Comfort Since 2002
In 2002, our family’s wellness journey expanded into a new category for a very practical reason: we couldn’t find a sleep mask that was truly comfortable, made with quality materials, and capable of blocking light night after night. So we created one.
That became Dream Essentials, a brand built around better sleep through comfort-first design. Over time we developed masks in thoughtfully chosen materials—like mulberry silk and natural organic cotton—and created different shapes to fit different faces. Some Dream Essentials sleep mask lines are handmade in the USA, while some products and electronic diffusers are sourced overseas when materials or manufacturing availability make domestic production impossible. Even then, our standard stays the same: comfort, quality, and reliability.
A Legacy of Growth—and a Name That Fits
Wild Essentials has operated since 1992 under several names, including mEssentials and Veritas Essentials. In 2019, we officially trademarked and adopted the Wild Essentials name—a name that better reflected who we are, what we stand for, and what we’re building for the future.
Today, our products are carried by thousands of independent gift shops and boutiques, and are also found in hospitals, the U.S. military, and other organizations across multiple countries. But our purpose remains simple and personal:
